The Club

Hillcrest Country Club Inc. is a private club available to members and their guests. Non-members may use the facilities under certain conditions, within Club and State regulations.

 

Certain areas of the Club may be restricted during your function. Club members have priority at all times and our staff ensures they are not disturbed by your guests. At the same time, you may be assured that your function will take place in privacy.

 

Hillcrest is available for private functions six days a week. The Clubhouse is closed on Mondays. Any variety of food and beverage is available. All food and beverage must be provided by the Club. Hillcrest features fine dining as well as luncheons, breakfast, brunches, receptions and informal buffets. We handle special requests frequently and provide a first class staff to serve all functions.

 

 

Booking a Function

When arranging a function, please contact the Clubhouse Manager or his assistant. All final details: date, times, menus, set-up days, etc. are to be handled through this office.

           

The Club requires a 100% guarantee 48 hours in advance of the function.  All Tuesday functions must have a guarantee the Friday prior to the function.

 

 

Billing
The Club prefers to bill the sponsoring member’s account for all private functions, but will accept payment at the time of the function. The sponsoring member must be present at all functions booked in his or her name.

Service Charge

All food and beverage sales are subject to state sales tax and a 20% service charge.

Dinner Selections

 

In most instances, functions are limited to one menu selection. However, some smaller parties may be allowed more than one item. This must be approved through the catering office and they will inform you of the specifics. The cost of the higher priced entrée will be charged. Our complete dinners include a choice of : Starter, Chef’s Choice Vegetable, Chef’s Choice Starch, Bread & Butter, and Dessert. Add Sorbet for $1.00.
