“Making the Best, Better”

Our renovation project continues to go well, and is on schedule for completion of phase one in June.. By now some of you have had the opportunity to check out the construction progress with the first of several monthly tours that Kreizenbeck Constructors is offering. We have been getting some really positive feedback from the general membership on the project, and the excitement continues to build as we approach springtime and the start of the golf season. We plant to have another membership tour on Friday, February 26 (then stay for our Jazz & Wine Tasting - it's free!).

The new wood lockers, the carpeting, doors, cabinets and millwork, and some of the artwork have been ordered. It won't be long before we are enjoying the finished product from our first phase of the project.

February always means getting to enjoy some fun social events at the Club. As a reminder. February 13 is the popular Valentines Dinner. This event historically sells out, so get your reservations early. February 24 is the President's Open House, and the February 26 is the Jazz and Wine tasting evening.

I urge you to come out and enjoy some of the many activities that Hillcrest has to offer.

February 2 - Have you seen our new 'cupola'??? The new hall connecting the Clubhouse
and the Athletic Bldg. is also underway.

	If you haven't been by the Club lately, we've made a lot of progress!  The Color Boards, showing the furnishings, etc. are posted in the old foyer between the office and the 19th Hole. And don't miss our next construction tour on Friday, February 26 at 5:00 p.m. (then stay for our Jazz & Wine Tasting, it's free!)
